Avocado, Blueberry, and Pear Smoothie (serves 1)
This is how I make my Plan smoothie and it's delicious. When you don't have a pear double the blueberries and add 2 cups of spinach. If you like very thick smoothie start with 1/2 cup coconut milk.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup blueberries1 ripe Pear
1-2 cups So Delicious Coconut Milk
1/4 of an avocado
1 teaspoons agave or honey
1/2 cup of ice
