I lost 1 lb yesterday bringing my total weight loss back down to 9.7lbs. I was hoping that it was going to be more so that I could blame the
weight gain from the previous day on the late night water but it looks
like it was the mustard or the lamb.
Like every morning I weighed my self and then drank 16oz of water with lemon.

- 1 cup of flax granola with ½ a apple and a cup of Rice Dream
Lunch
- Mixed green salad with kale and pumpkin seeds
- Lemon Butter Chicken
- Vegetable Timbale
- Spinach Salad
- Carrots
- 1 ounce of dark chocolate
