About the Lyn-Genet Plan

Lyn-Genet Recitas book "The Plan: Eliminate the Surprising "Healthy" Foods That Are Making You Fat--and Lose Weight Fast"  teaches you how to figure out which foods make you gain weight and prevent you from losing weight. 

The Lyn-Genet Plan has three phases. Phase One is a three day cleanse to remove toxins and inflammation.  During the three day cleanse you will eat over 2,000 calories a day and should expect to lose 5+lbs.
Phase Two is a structured diet of 2,000+ daily calories that teaches you how to test new foods.  Phase Two is 17 days and Lyn-Genet tells you exactly what to eat on each day with few decisions to make.  If you body doesn't react to anything you ate you should expect to lose half a pound a day.  If you lose less than that or gain weight that is your body's way of telling you what not to eat.
In Phase Three you are in charge of deciding your daily menu.  The book provides you with information on how to do this with success.
